Hello, Chaoticdiva, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your recent edits have not conformed to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and has been removed. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or in other media. Always remember to provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles. Additionally, all new biographies of living people must contain at least one reliable source.

Hi. The only way it appears that changes will be made to his article is for you to report his passing to your local newspaper (preferably with online version active), and see if they will report this at least on an internet version of their publication. At which time you can quote the link to their report as a source, both in the Art Simmons article and in an entry to Deaths in 2018 (he was definitely notable enough to be included, but that won't happen unless you can get that reliable source as a reference). Hope this helps, and commiserations in your recent loss. Ref (chew) (do) 11:20, 24 April 2018 (UTC) reply
