Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! -- SineBot ( talk) 19:28, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. Hello,
I submitted an article for the "cloning gun" which was speedily deleted on the grounds that it was "blatant advertising" (I disagree). I'd like to get a copy of the deleted article if possible, as I cannot retrieve it from the deleted article log.
Also, is there a way to write an article on a consumer product that will not be characterized as an advertisement? any feedback you could give me would be very helpful. It is my opinion and that of many people I know that the device in question is notable and should have a wikipedia entry. I would like to do what is possible to create an entry for it that meets all of Wikipedia's standards for acceptable entries.
Thanks much, Cellstructure —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cellstructure ( talk • contribs) 20:44, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
