Hi there. When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labeled " Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:
The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.
Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field. If you are adding a section, please do not just keep the previous section's header in the Edit summary field – please fill in your new section's name instead. Thank you.

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. In the future, it is recommended that you use the preview button before you save; this helps you find any errors you have made, and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Thank you. Katr67 ( talk) 23:07, 27 January 2009 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Girl Scouts of the USA. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. - MBK 004 20:29, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
The recent edit you made to Girl Scouts of the USA constitutes vandalism, and has been reverted. Please do not continue to remove content from articles without explanation. Thank you. Catgut ( talk) 20:36, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
Please do not add inappropriate external links, as you did with this edit to Girl Scouts of the USA. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Ipatrol ( talk) 20:42, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, you will be blocked from editing. Enigma msg 20:57, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
Please delete Camp Zanika Lache as well. Enigma msg 20:59, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
thank you! I thought it was my crazy internet doing something to make it not appear. I skimmed over the procedure but I'm going to read it in full now, before I do anything else. thank you again. -- Campzanika ( talk) 22:12, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
But next time please don't edit war and ignore warnings like that. What you were doing was wholly inappropriate, especially without consulting other editors. Enigma msg 23:00, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
