If you're going to pursue the merge proposal, then you should also put a notice at Talk:Social peer-to-peer processes, so that the contributors watching that article are notified as well. In fact, you can point those folks directly to the relevant discussion section by linking to Talk:Peer-to-peer#Social Peer-to-peer processes integration?. I'm not sure if it makes sense to merge the articles in general, but if you want to propose this, I think a basic thing to include in the proposal would be a breakdown of the sections in a new merged article.-- Pharos ( talk) 05:01, 9 October 2013 (UTC)
