Thank you for revising the article so there is now clearer context about what Tuned Out is. The next order of business is proving that it's a
notable show. The usual way to demonstrate that is to show that it's gotten significant coverage in
reliable sources independent of the subject. This usually means newspaper and magazine coverage, but it should be coverage at higher than just the local level—not every local TV show is notable.
Additionally, as it appears you're a creator and the director of the show, there is an additional issue with your conflict of interest. I hate leaving another templated message, but it says it better than I could:

Tuned Out, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the
edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been
reverted. Do not remove the COI tag from this article. The tag is there because of your conflict of interest, so you may not remove it; only an independent editor can. —
