my talk page @ ZfJames: The information on Belinda Stronach is no longer correct. She is not a member of parliament and has not been for the past decade hence the removal of her term in office and predecessor information from her info box. If this was not explained I apologize. Re The Stronach Group, the changes I made were factual and related to what the business does today not info from 2007. Why was this reverted? Was trying to make these changes in good faith as I see a lot of outdated info in media. Thank you.

Information about political positions held is not shown in the infobox only if a person is the current incumbent holder of a seat in the House of Commons — note, for example, that the infobox includes fields to display the end date and successor. If a person has ever held those political roles, then that information stays in their infobox forever, and does not get disappeared when they leave office.
