Thanks for uploading File:Transformers-20090606-stills-devastator.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. -- ImageTaggingBot ( talk) 04:06, 13 June 2009 (UTC)

I tagged File:ROTF Mudflap promo.jpg with {{ Non-free reduce}} because the image is too large. When an image is a non-free image, because of fair use requirements, the image at most can be 300px for one of its sides. For example, it can be 300px by 570px or 450px by 300px (hypothetical scenarios). You can edit the image size in an image-editing program and then re-upload the image to the same file path by clicking "Upload a new version of this file" near the bottom of the page. If you need further clarification let me know. --Happy editing! Nehrams2020 ( talk • contrib) 05:09, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
It's not really a matter of "taking out one"- every image in there has to be entirely justified, and entirely necessary for the understanding of the article. I'm not seeing why each one is- for instance, what's File:Optimusprime-rid.jpg adding that the text doesn't? What's File:Optimusprime-transtech.jpg doing in the article, when that incarnation is hardly discussed? J Milburn ( talk) 20:18, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
Please stop adding these excessive images to articles. It draws the attention of wikipeida image police and they may put their foot down and say that only one image per page is justified, and we'll loose everything. Mathewignash ( talk) 11:56, 15 June 2009 (UTC)

File:Optimus-prime.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a
claim of fair use. However, it is currently
orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed.
You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see
our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the " my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot ( talk) 06:02, 16 June 2009 (UTC)

Hi, Baller449, welcome to the
Article Rescue Squadron!![]() We are a growing community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to identifying and rescuing articles that have been tagged for deletion. Every day hundreds of articles are deleted, many rightfully so. But many concern notable subjects and are poorly written, ergo fixable and should not be deleted. We try to help these articles quickly improve and address the concerns of why they are proposed for deletion. This covers a lot of ground and your help is appreciated!
If you have any questions, feel free to ask on the talk page, and we will be happy to help you. And once again - Welcome! — Mikhailov Kusserow ( talk) 13:15, 1 July 2009 (UTC) |
The second RfC on sourcing for Eurovision articles has now being running for several weeks, you can view it at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Eurovision#RfC on reliable sources for Eurovision articles. In order to help gauge the spread of opinion and draw conclusions from this discussion a straw poll has been started at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Eurovision#Straw poll. All project members are encouraged to read the RfC thoroughly and then cast their votes as they see fit. Rationales are still encouraged in the main discussion area above the poll, and participants can add appropriate new sources or options to the poll as they wish. You are presently listed as a member of WikiProject Eurovision. However, it has been identified that this account has not edited a Eurovision related article within the last three months. As a result your username has been moved to the "inactive" list of the membership page. If you do not wish to edit Eurovision articles in future, please remove your name from the membership list entirely. Alternatively, if you believe your username was added in error, or you wish to become active within Eurovision articles again, please move your username back up to the "active" list – the project is always in need of more editors. Hi, Baller449, you are graciously extended an invitation to join the International Highways WikiProject! The Highways WikiProject is an evolving and expanding WikiProject. We are a group of editors who are dedicated to creating, revising, and expanding articles, lists, categories, road portal and Wikiprojects, to do with anything related to International Roads. This includes supporting existing regional road WikiProjects and fostering the development of new WikiProjects. | ||
We look forward to welcoming you to the project! — Mikhailov Kusserow ( talk) 13:15, 1 July 2009 (UTC) |
Thanks for uploading File:Tf2final47-440x183.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the " my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. FileBot ( talk) 05:46, 24 August 2009 (UTC)

Hello,
You are presently listed as a member of WikiProject Eurovision. If you choose to take no action, the "inactive" list will be cleared within six months. Thanks. CT Cooper · talk 21:07, 18 June 2011 (UTC)
