Hello again!Hi Ariel, you know so much about Wikipedia and gave such good, detailed comments to that user trying to get adminship, I hope you can answer my question. When I go to my preferences, there is a part which tells me "number of edits", it sits at 4825 as of now, yet I use the wannabe_kate tool and it says I have total of 4528. First I thought it was because of deleted edits, but then I use [ [1]] which tells me I have 16 deleted edits. So I'm not quite sure where the discrepancy comes from, would you know? Also, re: deleted edits, are those edits to articles/talks/any pages that have been deleted? So if I contributed 10 edits to one page, and that page was deleted then those edits count as deleted edits? Thanks for your help! Phgao 17:14, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
Indeed I am too glad to know such a upstanding wikipedian! ( *bows back* ) Boy have I found a nice quote from The Bard himself, He draweth out the thread of his verbosity finer than the staple of his argument. Verbosity in general from politicians is frowned upon, however elaboration as you rightly do, is another thing. The Wikimedia one gets its info from another copy of Wikipedia and thus I think lags behind other tools. The one in preferences includes absolutely everything you have done, so every time you click save, bang, another count, so page moves and deletions/deleted contributions as you rightly said. I did have a look at Village Pump and came across this conversation. Edit Count in Preferences. But I do agree that the distribution of edits is more important, as someone who writes a lot of articles as compared with someone who fights vandalism and warns would have a completely different distribution. Oy! My goodness, you've got your work cut out for you, my dear. As for feeling like you can't come here, no worries at all, I'm never too busy. I honestly do not think that a "treatment notes" article is really needed, mainly because there are so many articles already present that touch on the medicine side of things, and list-type articles are generally discouraged. It might be seen as overlap of other areas. I'll try to poke around and see if there's something out there similar, though. But yes, tabbing micropore is a must, lol. Feel free to come here absolutely any time, and visit the Adoption page whenever you want to, I'm more than willing to help, and can maybe set up some structured things if you tell me what area of Wikipedia you'd like to learn about. Thanks, Bards poem thingThat was the only site I found that had the exact format, and the translation name in parenthesis exactly as the submission did, but I agree that it is probably found any number of other sites exactly as worded. However, I reverted my closing because I need to look into the issues of posting poems on here, not the least of which is that WP isn't an indiscriminate collection of material. It seems that perhaps this would be better suited to be incorporated into either (or both) Watson Kirkconnell or János Arany. If you look at the latter, none of the poems are pages. Three were wiki-linked, but to either people, or to the bird (nightingale), so I am not convinced this poem needs its own article, but I will leave it to editors who may have literature policy knowledge that I don't. Random question. . .What do you (or anyone else that watches this page . . .I know you're out there) see the color in my the T/C of my signature as? Into The Fray T/ C <-- I see it as grey at home (which is how I have it set in my prefs), but green here at work. Very odd. Two different browsers, though. Into The Fray T/ C 16:32, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
Yep, I just checked it in IE7, and it does come up as lime green there. Interesting. It is specified as "grey" in the code, so that's a flaw with IE. ~*Gasp*~ Ariel ♥ Gold 19:23, 20 September 2007 (UTC) Ok so what if we change the code to the actual HTML color# for the grey you want? Using IE myself, these all now work for me:
Hope that helps :) -- Naha| (talk) 19:32, 20 September 2007 (UTC) We need a new section so Ariel doesn't have to scroll!Yep, forcing color by using the hex code would work. I'll pop over to Fray's page to let him know we are talking about it still, lol. Ariel ♥ Gold 19:40, 20 September 2007 (UTC)

I'm glad to see you today! Have a just absolutely wonderful, sunny day, Shir-El! Ariel ♥ Gold 15:27, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
Oh DEAR! I see I'm too late: you did all the homework for me, so the Lantana article is a bust. Pity. Shir-El too 05:00, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
Why?oi! why the bloody hell did you block my page? twas beautful. now my feelings are hurt. and i am mad. you should eb ashamed of yourself ariel. ASHAMED!!!!!!!!!!!!—Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.1.206.187 ( talk) 17:29, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
UAAAm I the only one who seems to think that it is getting a little heated in there? Users going Postal, and ArielGold toting a Kalishnakov. There has been so much bloodshed over this policy discussion :D I've seen so many admin-golden-wiki badges lying bloodied on the wayside.... ...*sings* we... held the day... and they... held the night SGGH speak! 00:05, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
HeyMind if I borrow some of that fancy coding you have for you navbar and talk page and stuff? -- ÐeadΣyeДrrow ( Talk| Contribs) —Preceding signed but undated comment was added at 08:26, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
lol indeed, hope you don't mind me butting in, but the User:ArielGold/Toolbox may be good, but this is godly. Phgao 10:38, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
Well I took your navbar and made it really really minimal, but that's the kinda guy I am. Which basically means it's useless. -- ÐeadΣyeДrrow ( Talk| Contribs) 11:44, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
I did my talk page, again very minimal, the the code was cut down a lot. Also borrowed the code from your title, but I did my own thing with it. -- ÐeadΣyeДrrow ( Talk| Contribs) 13:52, 19 September 2007 (UTC) Hey, I'm just refurbishing my User Page and I was wondering how to create the navbar you have and how to add the links to it, any help woyld be greatly appreciated! Cheers! ( Murchy 11:39, 19 September 2007 (UTC))
OH! You are an absolute god send!! Praise the lord! That would be great thanks. My colour preferences would primarliy blue, green, red and yellow. I like all the icons you have on your Navbar and bokes except the hearts on the userboxes box (the hearts are a little fruity for me :P) And i had trouble getting the borders to fit the picture (as you could probably see) If you could incoporate the images into my page aswell that would be excellent.
(theyre already uploaded) Thanks a bunch for your help, its people like you who make wikipdia special :D
They are Images i have created/uploaded, but i do like them toi have a longer list of images ive uploaded if you like. ( Murchy 12:39, 19 September 2007 (UTC))
P.S. How do i get my comments to invert from the left of the page so it doesnt look like 1 continuous comment?? ( Murchy 12:46, 19 September 2007 (UTC))
Edit the page to see how it works. Also as you know, the asterisk makes the bullet, but there are more ways to make lists as well, here's the page that shows most of them: WP:LIST. Ariel ♥ Gold 12:50, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
I have just set my Prefernces for e-mail, so thats all a go-go and i created a sinature (♠Murchy♠) i dont know why, but i did. lol ( ♠Murchy♠ 14:17, 19 September 2007 (UTC)) I know, i saw the page and the wonderful progress you have made, im stunned! I was just wondering if there was a way i could put another link in the navbar to link to my userboxes and picture gallery instead of being on the front page? Thanks a million! Youre a lifesaver, the true meaning of WikiFairy :D! ( ♠Murchy♠ 14:27, 19 September 2007 (UTC)) Um, if you could remove from main page so it can look clean and link them to the Navbar for me, that would be superduper!:P lol, havent said that in a while.... Yes, I like that signature a lot, ive just saved it as a preference, and ill just use it now to see if it works, thanks a bunch. (♠ Mur chy♠) 14:39, 19 September 2007 (UTC))
Oh Absolutely, i dont want to impose so u do wateva u have 2 and send me a message weneva u get bak :D (♠ Mur chy♠) 15:19, 19 September 2007 (UTC)) No worriesNot a big deal at all. I'd hate to barge in and ruin your hard work. Don't worry, I'm watching both the article and its talk page, so you're not alone. Keep up the good work. :-) -- Deskana (talk) 16:48, 19 September 2007 (UTC)

Young Padawan ArielTrust your instinct you must, young Padawan, and the Force shall guide you ;) Your version well-thought was, but copying my design without fixing the very esoteric syntax, like you did from Antandrus' page to yours, you must not, for this to the Dark Side may lead. May my new version help you in the path ahead, and that you continue to enjoy my humble work at your userpage, I hope! :) Many hugs in your way, I send! Phaedriel - 20:29, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
Thank youSomeone vandalized my Userspace! But a little angel came along and fixed it! Thank you! Ariel ♥ Gold 22:58, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
MiszaBotOh! Okay, thanks. :) I expected instant magic. Now I will know to wait for the daily miracle. :) -- Moonriddengirl 12:41, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
Kinaesthetic LearningThanks for putting in some citations. The article deserves them. I hope that someone will add a few more so that casual readers will take the concept more seriously. DCDuring 13:40, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
re: your thanksNo worries, any time SGGH speak! 14:00, 20 September 2007 (UTC) My removal from WP:AFCSorry, but isn't the kind of thing which, if created, would instantly be tagged {{db-bio}} not objectionable?-- Vox puppet ( talk • contribs) 15:27, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
That's actually almost invisible in IE, I think #666666 would be better probably, but at least we know it works! Ariel ♥ Gold 20:03, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
And, Fray is also probably poking fun at my tendency to fix silly little things, lol. But he knows I can't "fix" the sig! Oh wait... I can!! (And Fray, if you're a girl, you better tell me now cause I seem to be identifying your name as masculine, lol) Ariel ♥ Gold 20:40, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
what's LOTC?Hmm?;) — Timotab Timothy (not Tim dagnabbit!) 20:52, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
LOL Not all NASCAR races are on oval tracks, y'know! Hee hee. And yeah, I look at Wrestling to sport, as reality shows are to acting, lol. Choreographed, but somewhat spontaneous at times. And I can tell you, if you were 40 feet from the Indianapolis Speedway when someone flipped their car, and rolled it 5+ times, you'd sure as heck be on the very edge of your seat, or standing up! (Not that that's something we want to see, mind you.) There is nothing "tame" about going 200+ mph, whether it is going in circles or not, hee hee. And truth is, I didn't go to those sites, I don't go to offsite places that I've never heard of much, gimme a Wiki picture and I'll look at it Ariel ♥ Gold 22:30, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
