Please do not make unsubstantiated claims linking an editor to a real-life person unless that editor has made the declaration on-wiki, otherwise it is considered a form of harassment. It is one thing (and acceptable) to say "I think you have a COI with Person X" or similar at WP:COIN, but it is not acceptable to say "You are Person X" (even at COIN or SPI). Thank you.
