Hello. I have undone your edit here to the Highways in Puerto Rico article because of lack of citations. If you have citations, feel free to undone my undo, and add the cites. Also, as for one road in particular, PR-2, we have a cite that, at least the Ponce section of that road, was established in the 1940s (Carmelo Rosario Natal. Ponce En su Historia Moderna: 1945-2002. Published by Secretaría de Cultura y Turismo of the Government of the Autonomous Municipality of Ponce. Ponce, Puerto Rico. 2003. p. 336.) The edit you made stated the established date for PR-2 was 1953. Since there was that one error, we must assume that there is a probability that at least some of other dates you added weren't correct either. This is one reason why you should add cites, as it allows other editors to check the source of the information added and rectify problem without having to bother the editor in question. Also, as you can imagine, listing incorrect dates can cause significant problems as such dates could propagate thru the encyclopedia to other articles (for example, the articles on the specific roads themselves) requiring considerable work in the future to get rid of all the error dates throughout the encyclopedia. BTW, you might want to create an account instead of editing via anonymous IP. It's easier to interact with contributors if they have an account, and I have noticed you have made many useful contributions to PR roadway articles but, without you being a register user, we cannot send you the Thank you notes we have wanted to send you in the past. Hi. In reference to your edit here and parallel edits elsewhere, you may want to be aware that there is a process now in the pipeline here that will no longer make it necessary to add shields manually. For now, manipulating the road shield(s) that get displayed atop the Infobox road should be performed via proper combination of "route=" / "type=" entries. This also means that such manual additions may, in the future, not be allowed and your work may be reverted. Thanks for your other contributions. Mercy11 ( talk) 00:55, 8 May 2019 (UTC)
