Follow-up to what I wrote at TeaHouse. The article does not belong to Operation Smile. It is about Operation Smile. The better path is to learn how to amend Wikipedia content and propose that content change at the Talk page of the article. If you want to see an example of what a person does not want on the Wikipedia page about them, but has no ability to delete or edit, see Robert Kraft, 2019 solicitation charge. I am happy to comply with whatever policies Wikipedia puts forth when it comes to editing...conflict of interest and all. At the same time, Wikipedia also says "ignore all rules" at some points, so it all gets very confusing when trying to figure out how this works. But I am interested to know whether I can operationsmile.org as a reference or not....? 216.54.105.125 ( talk) 16:19, 26 February 2019 (UTC)
Well most of what is on the Wikipedia page involves facts - and the content outside of primary sources are outdated as well. This is why we submitted the COI request on the talk page about a year and a half ago regarding the use of the financial reports in order to try and correct that information. It was simply just numbers - nothing else. And it was considered promotional for some reason. These gray areas are where Wikipedia becomes frustrating. 216.54.105.125 ( talk) 16:32, 26 February 2019 (UTC)
