user:Mrbeastmodeallday, which explains why one his early edits was to troll me (I was involved in the ANI on Mrbeastmodeallday which resulted in his ban, and in his previous block).

AdamsBHM021Vestavia Hills High School master blocked to ~20 Feb/16 , article protected to Mar 9. Talk page indicates he intends to continue this. Student has now dropped it. Back again in Aug but with different edits
Fangusu banned, not much point in bothering with IPs since they change too quickly, but
User:69.42.15.3 seems to be static and keeps coming back immediately after blocks. I reported last return and IP is now blocked 6 months to Aug 24/16. LTA

user:Bill quick121 spamming the same phone number into competing products' articles. I've seen this before... likely a scam
User:Meters/marciano spammer this file is watched by an admin with a long history with this user. He blocks the spammer on sight so no need for an SPI. This is actually an LTA with legal consequences whose reports were deleted in a failed attempt to get him off the site.
