Hello there, I'm WikiBunny2K1!
I'm a first-generation Cuban American born and raised in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
I've been editing Wikipedia since 2016, when I was just 14 years old and on summer break before starting high school. Now I'm an adult, about to graduate from college with a bachelor's degree in journalism and still as (if not more) passionate about contributing to the world's largest resource of free-to-access knowledge!
I primarily contribute to articles about politics, specifically elections. I've written articles about presidential primaries, Canadian federal and provincial by-elections and municipal elections. I'm perhaps most well-known for the electoral maps I've created over the years for places including U.S. states, Canadian provinces and countries in Europe and Africa.
This hobby, something I picked up out of nowhere, will always hold a special place in my heart. It's helped me get out of my comfort zone and share my passions with the wider world. I've found a community where I feel welcomed and celebrated, and I've met a lot of wonderful people through my time contributing to Wikimedia projects.
