It would be advisable to combine many articles with no sources into one article with a few sources, because an article without sources will eventually be deleted. Heavy Seltzer ( talk) 03:04, 13 March 2008 (UTC)
Hi - a stub template or category which you created has been nominated for deletion or renaming at Wikipedia:Stub types for deletion. The stub type, which was not proposed at Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting/Proposals, does not meet the standard requirements for a stub type, either through being incorrectly named, ambiguously scoped, or through failure to meet standards relating to the current stub hierarchy or likely size, as explained at Wikipedia:Stub. Please feel free to make any comments at WP:SFD regarding this stub type, and in future, please consider proposing new stub types first! Grutness... wha? 23:11, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
You could probably email the middle school's general email to find him. This would be on the website. However if I happen to come across his email address soon I shall put it here for you. ~~ —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.23.151.245 ( talk) 05:43, 19 March 2008 (UTC)
Hi, I'm one of the admins of the Shannara Wiki on Wikia. Just asking if you'd like to help out with this project, or moreover, do you have any ideas about how the two projects should proceed? It would seem to me rather silly for two groups of people to be writing the same sort of content on two separate wikis (though a lot of the content in our wiki was started from the Wikipedia pages.) The Shannara Wiki was started by a member of the Terry Brooks Forums and initially there were a few other members from there helping out, but now that he's away the project generally lacks direction/organisation. Any thoughts would be welcome... Alex ( talk) 14:36, 26 March 2008 (UTC)

For what it's worth, what I'm doing in most cases right now is just replacing the banner, although the "shannara-importance=" parameter is being included in each case. Then, as they appear on the statistics page, which will appear on the project page when the bot does its next run through of the banner, they'll at least all be listed by quality standards. That will allow a bit easier work for all interested parties to determine the relative importance. I am incorporating any extant importance rankings into the replacement banner as appropriate, though. Like with everything else here, doing this in too much of a hurry would probably result in worse quality work. The importance will probably be better figured after it's known exaxtly what all articles are out there. John Carter ( talk) 20:43, 5 April 2008 (UTC)

Thank you for your comments on my RFA. Even though it failed with 28 supports, 42 opposes, and 15 neutrals, I am grateful for the suggestions and advice I have received and I do hope to improve as a Wikipedian. If you ever need my help in any endeavor, feel free to drop me a line. -- Shark face 217 19:40, 13 April 2008 (UTC)

Did I mention that I hate autoblocking? =D ....It WOULD be nice if you blocked User: Ed16 and JohntheJohnsterville...They are my friends from school...except that they are being dumb.
Sorry, it seems that the bot quit before completing its run last week. Here is the last two weeks' worth of Signpost. Ralbot ( talk) 09:20, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

Maybe this will be the last time I will request this...I dunno. I'm kinda sick of it. =D
Should I just create a separate page for these, or should I just give up? I'm starting to lean towards the "give up". UGH! Thanks in advance.

its probably not worth trying to fix this article as it will almost certainly be deleted. It would be better just to past some of the info to the Earth(Ace Combat) page and save us the trouble. If the last page on this subject could be deleted so easily, this page stands no chance by itself. Rogue Commander ( talk) 01:11, 27 April 2008 (UTC)

The ed17...Thank you for supporting my nomination for adminship. Through it I have become aware of a great many people who can help me in my future editing endeavors. Even though I was not promoted, your support shows that I still have something to contribute to Wikipedia, even if it is minor edits to fix spelling and grammar to working in WikiProjects to help others make great articles. If you wish to further discuss the nomination, please use its talk page. Stop by my talk page anytime, even if it is just to say hello. Have a wonderful day! - LA @ 04:20, 30 April 2008 (UTC) |
