Tareq Zaynuddin Kawthar Civariperu ibn Saidev Civariperu ( /ˈtɑːrɪk ˈzeɪnʊdiːn/; Indonesian: [tarik zainʊddin kausar], Arabic: طارق زين الدين كوثر, Ṭariq Zayn ud-Dīn Kawthar IPA: [tˤaːriq zejnuddiːn kauːθar], Russian: Тарек Зайнуддин, Tarek Zajnuddin, Turkish: Tarık Zayneddin; born Sri Sūryābhimukha Hendraningrat Andhrapasna Civaripēru; 31 March 1986) known by his courtesy name, TAC, is a Vandistani politician and businessman, known for being the co-owner of Malang Balang International and a prominent figure in the Xilimandang.

Tareq is responsible for the creation of Gurung Media and the first complete Vandiino grammar book and dictionary, being one of few fluent Vandiino speakers in the world. ^[1]

Tareq was born in Bekasi by the grace of Allah SWT ^[2] to the Civariperu family, his fluency of foreign languages such as English and Russian gave him a opportunity to study in Moscow, with the Russian government paying all of his school necessities for 5 years ^[3], later he moved back to Indonesia and disguise himself as a student in the Bandung Institute of Technology and got a degree in computer engineering ^[4], then in 2019 he moved to Ingenistan (now known as Vandistan).

Tareq settled in the south of Ingenistan, yet he mostly lives in Russia to continue his education, as an avid history and language learner, he studied the culture and society of Ingenistan. After graduating, he decided to stay in Ingenistan to continue documenting both its language and community.

After a rumour that the king of Ingenistan, Jonas Ingen, was found to have done some fucked up shit with a child in private in his sex dungeon has spread and to be confirmed, the Council of Ingenistan overthrew and exiled the monarchy and established the Republic of Vandistan. Tareq woke up to suddenly hear that the monarchy was overthrown and replaced with a government, he was confused, yet he accepts the status quo.

During his visit to the capital, Longyearben, he met with Xiliman, who's the leader and chairman of the Xilimandang. He filed a formal request to join the party and was accepted, being close with the chairman, he quickly ascend the ranks and became the premier of Xilimandang. He spread a campaign for the party in the First Vandistan Election. He later bought a comical amount of properties in China under the Xilimandang name, which made it much more cheaper, he singlehandedly caused the properties' prices to skyrocket in China.

On 3 August 2022, Malang Balang International was founded by Owen, it started of as a Vandistan-based staffing and human services corporation, which primarily servicing Southeast Asia. Tareq joined the organization after a few days of its founding, and later on became a co-owner of the company. He expanded Malang Balang's influence in Indonesia under the name Achiem Productions, producing literature, school supplies, and has a monopoly over the calligraphy and mining industry.

With a steady income, he slowly expands further to Malaysia and Philippines, he plans to expand further to Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Nigeria and Turkey, Malang Balang slowly became one of the most richest companies in the world. He then founded Gurung Media, and published his research on the Vandiino language as a full Vandiino grammar book and dictionary.
