[2] However, the project was postponed due to the Great Recession. [2] Construction began again in February 2013, with only thirty-one floors. [1] [2] It is developed by Bluerock Real Estate, in conjunction with Victor Homes. [2]
The building is a 121.31-metre-high (398.0 ft) structure. [1] It is designed in the modernist architectural style by Ismael Levya. [2] [3] The facade is light blue. [1]
