line breaks

It seems the majority of resolutions currently used are 800x600 and higher, and the <br> makes the template much more readable in all of these resolutions. Which resolution specficially does not look good with the additional line break? // laughing man 19:11, 24 May 2007 (UTC) reply

On screen resolutions wide enough to fit the template's contents on one line, a <br> would result in a lot of whitespace in both sides of the template. On all resolutions, increasing the font size (ctrl-+ etc.) might result in strange text wrapping. — Fred Bradstadt 20:07, 24 May 2007 (UTC) reply
