Source: The sentence "...on the seabed below the North Pole." at "Territorial claims" should have a footnote immediately after it. It may be a footnote used more than once, if needed, but the sentence saying what the hook says MUST be referenced.

Neutrality: There's no mention to the criticism to this artic policies. In particular, I remember the issue of the flag on the seabed in the news, and although I do not remember who or under which terms, I do remember that it was heavily critizised. It's not needed to go into full detail, a simple mention to the cristicism should be enough.
