Comment - The use of the ampersand in this context is unencyclopedic. I ask that you refrain from the use of profanity in your edit summaries; it does not reflect well or contribute to a spirit of open, collaborative, positive discussion that is the hallmark of our project.

That is not the case with template names. Period. the end. This is not an article, but a template name that people do not see. Your argument is spurious and factually incorrect, there are hundreds of templates that use ampersands in their name.--

Comment - The template name and heading should match. It would be illogical to have two slightly different titles (one following the WP:MOS and one not), one for the template's name and one for its heading.
