Wouldn't this information be more useful as a subgroup of general template for {{ Transportation in Dubai}}?

I disagree. I think it is okay to have a tempalte for just the bridges and tunnels. Also, if {{ Transportation in Dubai}} was created, it would need to have many links to justify its creation.
