ALT1:... that converse to its title, Muchachos bañándose en la laguna de Maracaibo(image pictured) also features street shots of the city of
Maracaibo? Source: "The film shows a group of young people "bathing" at the titular lake or lagoon, and includes "views of Baralt Plaza, the main market, and, in general, the central belt of the city"." Azuaga García, p. 42
Other problems: - For ALT1, the translation of "Muchachos bañandose en la laguna de Maracaibo" should be preferably be explained briefly. Not everyone speaks good enough Spanish.
Freely licensed: - The image may be public domain in the US, but how about in Venezuela? Additionally, if this is from the YouTube video of the reconstruction, different copyright policy may apply to the reconstruction.

Thanks! Re. title, that's a good suggestion, thank you. Re. copyright - I have taken the screenshot of the original image - the reconstruction is cleaned up and colorized, but the director's Youtube video is about the process and shows the originals. PD Venezuela for audiovisual works is actually less than the US, at 60 years after broadcast with no question of author's lifetime, so it's free there. I'll add a PDVEN tag to the image.

@
Kingsif: Since you've resolved the copyright issue, should be good to go now. Any of the ALTs are fine.
