Comment: he played chess and wrote about being Czech - and Slakr suggested the expansion was done - pic is from the memorial pic in the article. Fixed faults and Alts welcome.
A bit more serious: I prefer ALT1, but would say "statue" or "memorial" instead of "bust" because we don't see (on the cute free image) that it is a bust. What do you think? --

How about
ALT3:... that Viktor Dyk's memorial just carries his name (pictured)?
Cute, but a bit too much so. I slept over it ;) - The memorial is not pictured, the inscription is. Also I prefer to have the article subject without a genitive s.
ALT5: ... that the plaque on the memorial of Czech writer and politician Viktor Dyk shows only his name (pictured)? --

Gerda Arendt: You cannot approve your own hooks, so how about one final offering from me: C679 22:11, 26 April 2014 (UTC)
ALT6: ... that the plaque on the memorial of Czech poet Viktor Dyk shows only his name (pictured)?
ALT6 (too tired to strike the others), thank you! (I could approve my hooks as long as it's only different wording of the same facts.) This could become a GA, try it, --
