Article was created in the past seven days and has >1500b readable prose. Not sure about the hook. While it's fine, it doesn't really cover the interesting aspect of this person (imo), which is that they're a wheelchair racer. It just implies that they're a normal athlete. I would be willing to pass this as-is but I strongly suggest a more interesting hook.
