Article is new enough (sorta) and long enough. It's neutral, well cited with inline citations and I can find no evidence of close paraphrasing, copyright violations or plagiarism. Hook is interesting and catchy, the fact is inline cited and accepted AGF as offline and behind subscription wall. QPQ not done. --
