Comment: The revision history was merged with my userspace draft which was created in July 27 of last year, but the contents was created as an article on July 1, 2013. Please use the picture for the DYK.

uploaded the picture to Wikimedia commons last year. If the picture does indeed depict Tēvita ʻUnga (and we have no reason to believe it does not) it was produced before 1879, and therefore before 2004—and is therefore
in the public domain according to
Tongan law.
