Kingoflettuce: Article new and long enough, and QPQ is done. No copyvio is detected. Checking the hook for verification, though, some sources (which may or may not be in the article) seem to state "one of the oldest known", or "oldest known Irish" penitential" – maybe add the "Irish" qualifier?

Most of the sources, including those cited, are very unambiguous, e.g. "The earliest known penitential, dated to the mid-sixth century, is a comparatively brief manual attributed to Uinniaus, and hence known as the Penitential of Finnian." (from Abraham's book) The "Irish" qualifier seems redundant in any case, since the Irish penitentials were certainly the earliest ones.
