Article is new enough, long enough, sourced enough. Article appears to be written neutrally, and I did read it carefully given the Israel/Palestine issue. Hook fact is interesting enough, I am adding a wikilink for "two-state solution". Earwig says that improper duplication is "unlikely". QPQ is provided. G2G. –
