... that until the end of the 19th century, the Palazzolo hill in Rome (pictured) was for the Romans synonymous with madhouse? Source: "...sino alla fine del secolo scorso...il toponimo fu curiosamente sinonimo di manicomio..." (Delli, 1988, p. 708)

Solid article on good sources, offline sources accepted AGF, no copyvio obvious. The image is licensed but doesn't show too well in stamp size. Hook fine, - I rephrased it a bit, please check. Waiting for review. --
