The article is long enough, created within 5 days of its nomination. There are no obvious copyright concerns or BLP issues. This is not a self-nomination, so QPQ is not required. The hook is sourced but it is a bit awkward, containing two issues. I would prefer a hook like ALT1 below, but I could be persuaded to go with the current hook since it is sourced and interesting. Otherwise, it is good to go.
