New, good, article. Hook interesting, cited (could suggest it doesn't need the Berlin part, from previous discussions on Americans in German opera with Gerda, but it's short enough so this only adds to the general interest). QPQ done. Would suggest to use the image for this one, too: it's very illustrative; is not just of the subject but of the subject during the performance mentioned; and is a great photo.
