Article length ok, {{BLP}} already at talk. I'm not fully convinced about the hook. The reasons for whether attending or not a jockey school at the age of 20, standing 6 feet 2 inches (1.88 m), are not fully clear in the article, let alone in the hook. Is that there are no jockeys in the world with such a stand? Maybe a short explanation, or a link to any other related article, will do it. Besides this, the first paragraph has two unsourced sentences, which I've marked.--JetstreamerTalk 17:05, 9 March 2013 (UTC)
If I understand right, generally jockeys weigh under 126 lbs, and generally people who are 6'2" weigh over 126 lbs (often way over 126 lbs). pbp 17:10, 9 March 2013 (UTC)
Can a note be added to that portion of the article to clarify this?--JetstreamerTalk 17:12, 9 March 2013 (UTC)
The hook seems sufficiently sourced that the oddity has been reliably noted. I would ask that the DYK be reconsidered for approval. In parallel, I can also explore improving
jockey and transferring the info to Buss' article to alleviate the need to click to another more detailed link.—

I have updated
jockey to specify their typical height. I have also added a footnote to
Jim Buss as a convenience. I think the hook can stay as is, as it adds intrigue for those who don't know much about jockeys.—

Everything seems alright, meets the criteria, and the footnote adequately explains why it is unusual. Plenty of references, new enough, etc. Good to go.--GilderienChat|
