Article is just long enough at 1,566 characters and has been expanded 5x within past week. Content is neutral with no BLP issues and is well-cited with online citations to various reliable sources in a References section. Both suggested hooks are immediately cited as required. No obvious copyvio or close paraphrasing. QPQ not required as only one previous DYK. No image involved in article or DYK. Hooks are both correctly formatted. Good to go for DYK.
My own preference is for the ALT1 hook, but both would work ok. The word "delivery" in ALT1 might be a bit obscure to the non-cricket reader, so I am going to suggest this;
