It's not clear from the hook or the article why the monument was built "in spite of the first National Comahue Fair". In fact, the next sentence states that the fair organizers commissioned the statue. Could you elaborate on that? Thanks,

I meant to say that it was built for the fair, my bad:

Great, thanks for clarifying that. I made the change in the article, too. I added "Argentina" to the hook to indicate the location. Offline foreign-language hook ref AGF. No QPQ needed. ALT1 good to go.
