Very fine article that was promoted to GA on 31 December, so new enough. QPQ done by nominator. Article is inline cited to a variety of sources; spot checks did not reveal copyright or close paraphrasing problems. The 600,000 miles claim is inline cited, and the other hook facts (world-wide, for Israeli cause) are documented in other inline sources. Article doesn't seem to raise any POV problems. Photo appears to be OK for Wikipedia use per comments on its Commons page (I am not intimately familiar with these American rules).
