Yoninah: How does a "security prisoner" differ from any other sort of prisoner?

Cwmhiraeth: thanks for the review. "Security prisoner" is the term they use in Israel for Palestinian and other foreign-nationals who have been convicted of murder, as opposed to prisoners who have committed lesser crimes. As Israel doesn't have a death penalty, these prisoners sit on "death row" until the next prisoner exchange is negotiated. But if you think it's unclear, you could strike "security". BTW I prefer ALT1.
