Detailed and well sourced, multi-facetted article! Minor questions: I think the picture is not interesting, propose the more characteristic one. I suggest to explain that Hülfe is an older German word for Hilfe (help) and place the etymology below the table of TOC, but mention some of the later events in the lead. Will think about a hook for the cross pic, or will you? --

Reading more, looking for a word for "Säkularisation" oppsed to "Säkularisierung" (secularization), I only found
German Mediatisation, which seems more complicated rather than helpful. What do you think? --

Hello Gerda--thank you so much for your work and your thoughts. I will be happy to reorganize the article a little bit. As for the hook, I thought about having the two crosses in the hook, since that's kind of interesting, but yours is nice as well, and we could even add one: the division of Germany, linked to
History of Germany (1945–1990). But the hook needs some rewriting since it wasn't (AFAIK) a Franciscan site in the middle ages:
I don't want to involve the miracles since there was so little I could find (which is quite a shame, since that's my professional interest); the one story on that radio station's website was pretty much re-run three or four times under different titles without adding anything new. See what you think about my proposed hook. Oh, changing pictures is a good call.

Thanks for the suggestion, what do you think about a trimmed version - removing some doubles:
It's 207 characters, but I don't think anyone will mind that it's so slightly over the limit.

Someone who minds could drop Bonaparte's first name, but risk to have it misleading. "Cross" could also go (I don't know if you counted that), you see that it is a cross even Main page size. Just the cross is not identical with the site. --
