Article is new enough, long enough, adequately referenced. Checking foreign-language sources on Google Translate, no close paraphrasing seen. No QPQ needed for non-self-nominated hook. However, I have a question about the hook. Doesn't the carillon come first, and then the wood panels appear?

I really don't know. I have never experienced it live - only on YouTube. From the sources, it would appear the two are simultaneous. I therefore see nothing wrong with the hook. But a slightly more ambiguous version, might be:
OK. I fixed the link for
carillon and also put the names in chronological order. Foreign-language hook ref AGF and cited inline. ALT2 good to go.
