Length and newness. Before expansion: 50 kB (7285 words) "readable prose size" on 2 March. After: 8415 B (1317 words) "readable prose size". Not five fold by a long shot. Article has long tracks of uncited text. --

No amount of saving is going to get this article up to five fold expansion AND it has major issues with lack of inline citations fully supporting the text. --
