Article is newly created and is long enough (just). References are to reliable sources and there is no close paraphrasing. QPQ carried out. I have a minor query on the hook. I am not sure that "pushed" is supported by the sources. Pushed, to me, would imply that there was significant opposition to this bill, which I am not sure there was. I would be happy if pushed were replaced by "rushed" which is sourced, or by a more neutral term such as passed. Let me know what you think
