Article is OK on all criteria. First hook is not supported. The source cited is not
WP:RS. Also, one of the National Park Service sources (more reliable) says "Lewis apparently named the camp to express his discouragement over the cloudy and overcast weather that prevailed throughout the stay and prevented him from obtaining a good astronomical fix to determine the exact location." Second hook is good, but I am rewording it as follows because they in fact killed two Indians:
I have doubts about the photo licensing, since the NPS website says it's from the National Historic Landmark photo collection, which might possibly not be all by NPS employees. (Some NRHP collections are not by federal employees.) --

Understood. Licensing is a legit concern. There are others that could be used as a lead DYK pic at Category:Camp_Disappointment on Commons (link in article).
