New enough, long enough, generally within policy, neutral presentation, and backed by sources. Copyvio unlikely. Hook is substantiated. QPQ done. One fact in lead is not supported by body or inline citation, please address it before I give the tick. Another comment (not blocking for DYK) is that the article uses terms/names not familiar to the general reader outside India, e.g. "Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh", "Owaisi", "Paswan", "Yadav". It will help if the article presents them in a way that explain what they are (e.g. by adding short description).
