Hello, I don't think this article should be marked for deletion because the notability of the subject is at least equal to that of Kitura and Perfect (server framework). Some metrics to measure notability include Stack Overflow questions, which measure developer interest in the community, where:

Hi Barkeep49, One of my last edits added two published book sources and published conference paper from the International Conference on Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, all of which are independent, secondary sources with substantial coverage.
