Overwhelmingly, the most common use of "The Upper Room" is to refer to the Cenacle (the room of the Last Supper). All the other references on this page are derived from it (i.e. churches named after that room, a ballet set in that room, etc.).
Since the primary use is to refer to the Cenacle, I propose the following:
That seems uncontroversial to me, since nobody's been paying attention to this page much lately. But if people raise objections, I'll start a discussion on WP:REQMOVE. If I don't hear objections, I'll probably do this move later in the week.
