Height

Someone keeps changing her height to 5´8´´ or 5´7´´ this cannot be her height since her husband´s height is 5´9´´, when looking at pictures even in high heels she isn´t as tall as him. Changing it back to 5´2´´ which looks like a correct guess. Search Google images for rafael and sylvie van der vaart and you will see she must be near this height. She has also confirmed this height in an interview. -- Xorp22 ( talk) 04:06, 11 September 2009 (UTC) reply

Move to Germany

Meis and her ex-husband moved to Germany when he left Ajax to play for Bundesliga
football club Hamburger SV.

Something doesn't seem to add up. From Rafael van der Vaart's Wikipedia entry, he moved from Ajax to Hamburger SV in 2005. Since they got married in 2005 and had a child in 2006, van der Vaart would appear to have been either her husband or her husand-to-be, presumably her fiancé. They weren't divorced until 2013. "Also known as Sylvie van der Vaart"?

I think it would be helpful to add "(known as Sylvie van der Vaart from 2005-2013)" because many people know her/think of her by this name, many of her notable activities were done under this name, and may of hte sources refer to her by that name. This is particularly relevant for the UK, where she was notable during that period, which coincided with her husband playing football in England. Is there any reason not to add it? -- MrStoofer ( talk) 15:39, 13 January 2021 (UTC) reply
