UN War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague has concluded that Slobodan Milosevic was not responsible for war crimes committed in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Marsden: Milosevic doesn't deserve exoneration for war crimes "The court believes that Milosevic acted as an accomplice by aiding and abetting Karadzic’s crimes." He was not exonerated. "in Serbia the denial of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes is almost commonplace today.".

Milošević played a major role
Any chance that someone can improve upon this to be more accurate? This underplays his role. He was the chief agitator whose actions were led to the destruction of Yugoslavia.
