anyone can help?

There are many references to Petrus Kaseke, but I don't know how to include them. Some excerpts from foreign newspapers whose links are unknown. How to solve it? Markus Sugi ( talk) 07:08, 24 April 2023 (UTC) reply

My friend Markus Sugi, I recommend you put the article back into the draft-space for now, so that you can experiment with adding citations. I can move if there if you would like. If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial. It's a very good step-by-step guide. Remember: Wikipedia requires citations to reliable and authoritative third-party sources. Two good sets of Wikipedia guidelines that I have found really useful can be found HERE, regarding verifiability and HERE, regarding the need to maintain a neutral point of view. Thankyou I will put the article back into the draft-space, please help because I'm not good at entering it on Wikipedia, but the character I wrote deserves to be included in the Wikipedia biography.
Wikipedia Petrus Kaseke has been in Indonesian for decades https:// id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Petrus_Kaseke
I just don't know how to translate to https:// en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peterus_Kaseke
There are a few things I want to explain about Petrus Kaseke.
1. Petrus Kaseke is not a living person
2. Petrus Kaseke preserves the Indonesian kolintang musical instrument.
a) His name is recorded in the Museum of musical instruments in North Sulawesi
b) He introduced Kolintang to the world from 1970-1975 but there was no internet link yet, I only have articles in the form of foreign newsprint sheets.
c) Before he died he made a book by Maimo Kumolintang with ISBN 978-623-02-5603-5
d) The book is translated in English https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/maimo-kumolintang-universal-harmony-petrus-kaseke/1142773111
e) Its products are available at Indonesian embassies abroad, both kolintang and angklung.
f) His name as a conservationist of Kolintang is in Indonesian art and culture textbooks.
I don't know how to list it on wikipedia.
g) there are various awards from the Government as a conservationist of kolintang
Best regards and thanks for your help Markus Sugi ( talk) 08:34, 24 April 2023 (UTC) reply
Markus Sugi, I would like to help rewrite your article if I can. What I need from you is
  • pictures of your "articles in the form of foreign newsprint sheets." Those will help to address "notability".
  • Then, I need for you to list any place you got information for this article (titles, names, blogs, news clippings, urls). It's OK if these are not in English.
If you have these, then there is a chance for the article to survive. If you wish, you can email me pictures of the news clippings. The link is on the left side of my user page. Best wishes, Jacqke ( talk) 10:54, 24 April 2023 (UTC) reply
Oke thank you Jacqke , but the email you mention can't attach the picture? Markus Sugi ( talk) 13:35, 24 April 2023 (UTC) reply
It may not. Send me a message using it, then I should be able to email you directly.

To the reviewer

I believe this article meets the requirements for notability; nearly all sources are news sources. I helped Markus Sugi to clean up his article, converting his links to articles and news clippings to references. Anything I have written as from a news source was clearly identifiable as that. However, how does one cite a clipping that is clearly from a newspaper but has had the date and newspaper's name trimmed away? Please let me know if you have concerns; I know some of these may be iffy. Jacqke ( talk) 20:22, 1 May 2023 (UTC) reply
