There are no current anti-bullying programs anywhere, including the gold standard OLWEUS, that have ever demonstrated any long term beneficial effects of any kind. There are not even any that have done more than demonstrate a short term reduction in observable on site bullying. Even that has not been done in any kind of scientifically demonstrable manner. The Broward School District refuses to allow new unproven ideas to be tested in its schools, no matter how promising they appear. So they continue to report allegedly good results without the slightest verifiable proof. And the victims continue to suffer. It is very clear that very little can be expected from that organization in the foresseable future. I believe I have better answers-but I am not going to post them here, lest I be accused of seeking self publicity. I have written a book on the subject that I will provide freely to interested parties. I can be googled for further information. The Article name showing up is "User:NationalVoices/National Voices for Equality, Education and Enlightenment" which is INCORRECT and I am not sure how to fix it to just show the organizations name.
