acronyms has 41 NTOs. Non traditional occupation is there but not Non traditional outlet. Google gives 6 hits for No Tom Order of which four are this Wikipedia article or its copies, the other two are uninformative past pages, one with a we-have-moved redirection to a site which appears inaccessible or non-existent. All that lacks sources and references. The article might benefit from some excision.
Neither of the editors adding Non traditional outlet and No Tom Order bothered to amend the restrictive category chemical compounds. (Note for misunderstanding jumpers-in: The top two NTOs are such compounds. The other two NTOs are not.) --
