In terms of
notability,
Bing Translator is in trouble, being just a user interface and no more. Virtually all its sources are primary. As for its size, its readable prose size is 1.5 KB; therefore,
WP:SIZERULE suggests a merger.
Support it's merely a website and a couple of applications, officially Microsoft markets it as the Microsoft Translator and all the links from the Bing Translator site link to the Microsoft Translator it's hardly notable by itself I'd suggest migrating the content from this page and just make it the Microsoft Translator § Bing Translator, and while we're at it the
Skype Translator could also be merged with the Microsoft Translator, though if you have any reasons why the latter shouldn't please tell.
Comment if the pages will be merged I suggest that the Bing Translator's infobox, favicon (logo), and content should be integrated and get its own section, and the Bing template should be placed bellow the Microsoft Translator article, the merger shouldn't mean that any content or sources should get lost as I've witnessed in a few other mergers.
Oppose as Bing translator and skype Translator are implementations of microsoft translator and serve different functions websites are rarely merged with the underlying APIs. --
