I am still not sure how I broke the SD ones to always show up last. Would appreciate a fix

They're showing up last because last is where you put them. While a list like this will obviously resort if you use the arrows in the headers to change the sort criteria, the default sort order that it will display when you first look at the page is the order in which they're actually coded, so if you code a person in the wrong place then that wrong place is where they'll display.
